The place has mice running around the lobby which I mentioned to a worker before and they mentioned how they already have told their boss about it for over a year and nothing still hasn’t been done. I decided to give them another chance going to the drive thru instead thinking maybe the mice problem was just in the lobby because of the doors being opened and closed so much or people leaving the doors open but there’s mice inside the back area where they serve food as well I even seen some small bugs coming out of the McCafé machine which the employee screamed about when she went to clean it and it crawled out. The employees themselves were polite and nice but seem to always be understaffed for overnight. It’s ridiculous that the higher management still hasn’t done anything about the mice and insects they have in store and I feel bad about the workers having to work in those conditions. It’s unethical, unprofessional and down right disgusting. The store manager who allows that in their store should be fired. I wouldn’t recommend going here. If it’s not the hygiene problem it’s not problem with the homeless problems always sleeping in there causing the store to smell or the rowdy kid

Soooo tired of the milkshake and latte machines being broken. You should not have to stand in line forever, while workers look at you and then do not send anyone over. Workers do not understand english or speak it, which is sad. Ordered a #3 large, no onion and diet coke to eat in. I get med fries, onion on the #3 in a take out bag. Have to get it myself after i asked the person if i needed a # tent to place on table. This is so common here. Tables never cleaned. Moving on to Burger King. Never have a problem there. BBB will be notified. I hate leaving negative reviews, but if the problems are never fixed, then negative it is.

This restaurant is very close to the car wash centre laundromat and it is exactly in the state Street which is very close to the State Street and N. Brandywine Ave. intersection and it is on the state street and very next to the bus stop 905 and 355 stop here which is very good connectivity for this restaurant but the main problem is the people who work here they’re not so polite or customer friendly especially in the evening time I see a lot of students and homeless people who come here and make a noise and disturb and I don’t see it is so safe for the kids, but anyhow this is how the area and all over the country but not a problem and they have plenty of parking space in that they can install children’s playing area that will help them to attract more customers. They are also not far away from the highway so that more people can come here.
